"I had an AC problem and called another company prior to contacting your
company. And, given the way the first company handled the issue I was
left wondering if any company cared to handle the issue, that was when
your company from every aspect of contact rose well above what I was
ever expecting and did so not because of money being paid but because it
was just the right thing to do. Given the roles being reversed it would
be something you would want done for you. So, it is very easy to say
"Thank you" for being a company who cares more for people than the
bottom dollar and in doing so made a life-long customer. There is not
one part of the initial call to the last person to service appointment
who did not handle his/herself with the utmost care and concern for a
simple new customer. Every facet of the company was more than willing to
go above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed and the
information to back all that was done. I would like to thank the whole
company for making sure I had this problem resolved in a matter of
